1. Cancellation Policy

We process applications quickly to ensure fast approval—often within hours for emergency requests. You may cancel your Vietnam evisa application free of charge with a full refund if you notify us before we submit it to the Vietnam Immigration Department.

  • Simply email us at sale@urgentvisatovietnam.com.
  • Once processing begins or the approval is issued, cancellations are no longer possible, and no refunds will be provided, as details cannot be altered.

This allows flexibility for last-minute changes while respecting official procedures.

2. Refund Policy

We handle refunds promptly and fairly in the following cases:

  • Our Error: If any mistake occurs on our side, we will issue a 100% refund or process a new correct Vietnam evisa at no extra cost.
  • Objective Circumstances: If you cannot travel due to unavoidable reasons (e.g., accident, illness, or natural disaster—with supporting proof), we offer a 50% refund or a free re-application for future use.
  • Client-Provided Incorrect Information: We are not responsible for errors in personal details, contact information, or other data submitted by you. No refund applies in such cases.
  • No Contact Within 1 Hour: For urgent or emergency services, if issues arise and you do not contact us within 1 working hour of submission, we cannot accept responsibility.
  • Fraudulent Payments: Use of fake or unauthorized credit cards will result in denial of future entry to Vietnam and no refund.

Note: Government fees for official e-visas are generally non-refundable per Vietnam Immigration rules, but our service fees follow the above guidelines. We cannot process refunds for payments over 6 months old.

We reserve the right to update this policy without prior notice to comply with regulations.
